A mom of 3 kids, wife, fitness enthusiast, outdoors lover, and audiobook junkie. 
 
I can deeply relate to my clients feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and uncertain during the home-buying and selling process.
 
I was born in the Philippines, and at the age of 12, my mother moved my family and me to the US. Talk about a culture shock. In the Philippines, I was a star student who loved to learn and read. But when I was put in a school in the US where I barely understood the language…
 
I struggled.
 
Looking back, I can clearly see that I lacked the support, advocacy, and expert guidance to navigate my new home and culture. Because of that, I’ll do everything in my power to ensure no one else has to experience that, at least not when it comes to buying a home. 
 
I’m committed to showing up with the level of support and care my clients need to feel at ease during this transition period, and will go above and beyond to ensure you understand everything throughout the process. 
 
I’ve been a full-time agent since 2018 and was nominated and named as the 2021 and 2022 Five-Star Rising Agent. I’ve also been featured in the Seattle Magazine and hold Designations for Accredited Buyer Representative and CNE Certified Negotiation Expert (only 7% of all agents in the US are CNE certified).
 
As a resident of Washington for 26 years, I strive to make your home-buying and selling process as seamless as possible. I’m here to be your resource, your expert guide, your advocate, and your friend along the way, and even after the papers are signed.
