Congratulations, the seller accepted your offer! Phew! We will provide you with a calendar and a checklist for action items and contingency deadlines, and guide you along each one.
Let’s make sure all major systems & structures are in working order. Once you receive a detailed copy of the inspection report, we’ll discuss how to negotiate a fair solution with the seller, if necessary.
We work hard so there are no surprises at the closing table-- all you have to do is sign and take over the keys!
