Hi, I’m Diana Patterson

A mom of 3 kids, wife, fitness enthusiast, outdoors lover, and audible junkie. 

I can deeply relate to my clients feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and uncertain during the home buying and selling process.

I was born in the Philippines, and at the age of 12, my mother moved my family and I to the US. Talk about a culture shock. In the Philippines, I was a star student who loved to learn and read. But when I was put in a school in the US where I barely understood the language…

I struggled.

Looking back, I can clearly see that I lacked the support, advocacy, and expert guidance to navigate my new home and culture. Because of that, I’ll do everything in my power to ensure no one else has to experience that, at least not when it comes to buying a home. 

I’m committed to showing up with the level of support and care my clients need to feel at ease during this transition period, and will go above and beyond to ensure you understand everything throughout the process. 

I’ve been a full-time agent since 2018 and was nominated and named as the 2021 and 2022 Five-Star Rising Agent. I’ve also been featured in the Seattle Magazine and hold Designations for Accredited Buyer Representative and CNE Certified Negotiation Expert (only 7% of all agents in the US are CNE certified).

Meet Holly McDowell

Transaction Coordinator 

Holly enjoys meeting new people and creating a smooth path forward in each transaction. Every person encountered is an opportunity to learn, grow, listen and show others care and thoughtfulness through action. She is a relentless advocate for each client; doing everything in her power to make your real estate transaction as stress-free as possible. Additionally, Holly has been actively licensed in WA since 2005 and holds a managing broker’s license.  

Once we are under contract, Holly is tasked with overall communications coordination among all the parties involved, from agents, lenders, escrow personnel, and beyond. She ensures we keep to our deadlines and that we stay on track.  Her keen organizational skills in overseeing the technical details of your transaction create a high level of communication every step of the way, from beginning to closing. Holly’s goal is to help make your transaction as seamless as possible with clear calendar reminders and looping in all parties involved in your transaction so there are no surprises.  When not working in real estate, Holly enjoys hiking and spending days at the lake with her kids. Sundays are typically for football. Go Hawks!
