Buyer Process

  • Here we will sit down and discuss your needs, goals, concerns, and big dreams.

  • Time to gain a competitive advantage with a pre-approval (we provide you with our recommended lenders, or use your own!)

  • Let the fun begin! We schedule 2-4 hours to tour homes, and define exactly what your needs and top priorities are in your dream home.

  • You found “The One!” Now let’s craft a winning offer!

  • Congratulations, the seller accepted your offer! Phew! We will provide you with a calendar and a checklist for action items and contingency deadlines, and guide you along each one.

  • Let’s make sure all major systems & structures are in working order. Once you receive a detailed copy of the inspection report, we’ll discuss how to negotiate a fair solution with the seller, if necessary.

  • We work hard so there are no surprises at the closing table-- all you have to do is sign and take over the keys!
